At the meeting, the Standing Organization Board reported the schedule progress of implementing the project of the meeting, parade to commemorate 1000 years old TL-HN at Ba Dinh square, Hanoi capital on 10 October 2010.  

At the meeting, the Standing Organization Board proposed subcommittees, committees, Ministries, industries, organizations from Central and Hanoi city: to urgently study and implement appointed tasks at the project of holding meetings, parades to commemorate 1000 years old TL-HN; urgently establishing the Organization Board, appointing tasks and building up the plan and determining the progress schedule of implementing appointed tasks.

After hearing opinions of subcommittees, representatives of the standing department, and agencies participating in parades, the Minister Hoang Tuan Anh – head of the Organization Board proposed agencies to study and implement exactly appointed tasks according to the approved project.
