To continue developing achieved results, at the same time overcoming shortcomings, the whole industry of culture, sports and tourism try great efforts to implement key tasks in the last six months of the year 2010.  

First:  Concentrating on completing the activities in 2010, completing industry development targets implementing the resolution of the National congress the tenth of the party and the five year plan of socio-economic development (2007-2011) by the government.

Second:  Summarizing 5 years of the industry of culture, sports and tourism to implement the National Congress the tenth of the party, assessing the results of implementing action programs, the development plan in the phase 2006-2010; constructing orientations, tasks, and solutions and targets to develop the industry in the phase 2011-2015.

Third:  Continuing to instruct, hold well activities to commemorate big events of the nation and commemorating 1000 years old Thang Long- Hanoi, the key task is the ceremony of 65 years of the August revolution (19/8/1945-19/8/2010) và Quốc khánh nước Cộng hoà xãhội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam (02/9/1945-02/9/2010); the program of meetings, parades to commemorate 1000 years old Thang Long-Hanoi; activities to welcome the party congress at all levels, forwarding the national congress the eleventh of the party.

Forth:  completing documents, projects to submit the Ministry of Politics, Secretariat, Government, Prime Minister in the year 2010 to ensure the quality of the contents, and the schedule as regulated, constructing plans to implement right after the Prime Minister to approve documents, projects: the program to enhance the status, and the power of the Vietnamese, ect

Fifth:  Holding the patriotism competition congress of the MOCST the first, considering to award the titles of People’s artists, meritorious artists , Hochiminh rewarding prizes of the state on literature and art.

Sixth:  Implementing to summarize 10 years of implementing the movement the entire people unite to build up cultural life, setting out orientations, tasks, solutions to enhance qualities, and diversifying activities in the next time.

Seventh:  Implementing well sexual equality and try to prevent family violence

Eighth:  Holding successfully the national festival of the physical training and sports the sixth in Da Nang, preparing well the forces and participate in competing to achieve high results in the Olympic the first in Singapore (8/2010), ASIAD the sixteen at Quang Dong(11/2010) and  Beach Games the second in   Oman (12/2010).

Ninth:  Implementing well activities of the tourism industry in the national tourist year 2010, enhancing to implement the increasing demand policy in tourism “Vietnam – your destination “, launching to select Ha Long bay as the world wonder .

Tenth: Continuing to enhance the prevention of corruption, implementing to save and preventing wastes attached to administrative reforms, constructing the state administrative reform of the MOCST to implement in the phase 2011-2020.
