Informing the conclusion of the Minister Hoang Tuan Anh at the meeting (the second) on the project of meetings, parades to commemorate 1000 years old TL-HN

(Cinet)- On 20 July, in Hanoi, the Minister of the MOCST Hoang Tuan Anh had a meeting with agencies related to the verification of the schedule of implementing the project of meetings, parades to commemorate 1000 years old Thang Long- Hannoi on 10 October 2010.

After hearing the reports of the agencies and the speaking opinions of meeting members, the Minister Hoang Tuan Anh concluded:

The Ministry Office:

Soon arrange the schedule of meetings (standing Organization Board work with the head of subcommittees, Ministries, relevant agencies; Standing Organization Board participate in the meetings with subcommittees), receiving scripts of the art program of agencies to submit the determination council to have opinions before the head of the Organization Board to make a decision.

Performing arts Department:

Basically agree with the script of the art program of 30 minutes, proposing the Department to be active to implement, considering to use the numbers of artists to participate to be suitable, soon reporting to the Ministerial leadership the script of the Music of the program of meetings, parades.

Local Department of Culture:

Soon finish the script of Gramophone orchestra of 1000 people, the chorus orchestra of 1000 people, reporting to the Ministerial leadership no later than 21 July 2010.

Approving the measure that the chorus orchestra mobilizes forces from art schools, the gramophone mobilize forces from localities: Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, local Department of Culture soon work with agencies to ensure to mobilize full of forces. The gramophone orchestra wear white costumes, using available costumes of localities. The chorus orchestra wear black trousers, and white shirts , cravats, girls wear traditional long dress to ensure the synchronization.

Department of Fine Arts, Photography, and Exhibition:

Approving the measure of designing market to decorate the area of Ba Dinh square, paying attention to the stand areas A, B, C to be solemn, not using festival flags in these areas. Proposing the Department to soon submit market design model to the Ministerial departments and relevant agencies.

The vehicle model of the Ministry should be creative-modern. It is necessary to study to apply technology solutions to model vehicle. Appointing Ministry Office to cooperate, and study to install the screen LED on the model vehicle.
