Accordingly, the deputy Minister appointed the Department of Fine Arts, Photography, and Exhibition: to design the main font of the congress, invitation letters, representative cards, organization boards, the press…at the same time making the plans to decorate inside and outside My Dinh national stadium-Tu Liem-Hanoi, hosting to design and construct the exhibition of the photos of the national patriotism competition congress at the big hall of the national stadium. Reporting to the Ministry before 20/7/2010.  

Performing Arts Department constructed scripts, and make the performances before the opening time of the congress( 30 minutes); hosting to construct the scripts, and building up whole script for the night to welcome the success of the congress at the National stadium with the cooperation of the Central trade union, and the People’s Committee of Hanoi city. Reporting to the Ministry before 20 September 2010.

Department of Competition- Reward  is the clue between the Ministry and the Organization Board of the congress, generalizing the cost calculation to report to the Organization Board of the congress, helping the Ministerial leadership in propaganda activities about the congress.
