Australia Idol Thanh Bui will perform at a charity concert, “Love Heart 2010”, on July 31st at the New World Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City.
At the concert, to be organised by the Heart Reach Australia Charity Organisation, the Vietnamese singer’s 16-diamond necklace will be sold by auction.
All proceeds from the sale of tickets and auctioning of the necklace are expected to be sent to a charitable fund to build a clinic for the poor in Ben Tre Province.
“I hope that more funds will be raised for my planned charitable projects in Vietnam through this concert. I would like to partly contribute to assisting needy children, families and individuals with adversity in my home-country”, confided Thanh Bui.
Van Anh Nguyen, a reputed Vietnamese Australian pianist and the Heart Reach Australia Charity Organisation’s ambassador, will accompany the Australia Idol Thanh Bui during this special concert.
