Vietnam Judo attends Asian Championship 2012
(Cinet) – Vietnam Judo will attend Asian Championship, which takes place from April 26-29 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

It is an important tournament aiming at preparing for Olympic London with a participation of some strong teams such as China, South Korea, japan, and Kazakhstan,etc. Representative for Vietnam Judo, Van Ngoc Tu will attend the tournament.

On the meanwhile, according to Vietnam Olympic Committee, Vietnam will host the Southeast Asian Pencak Silat Championship 2012. Previously, the Asian Southeast Pencak Silat Federation informed that the tournament will organize in Philippines in July. However, Philippines is unable to host the tournament due to some reasons. After that, Vietnam host the tournament.
