The Organization Board of the festival 2556 has lightened 7 lotuses on Perfume River in Hue with a belief of Buddhist people in 4 past years. In so-doing, it creates a connection between the past and present, one by some generation, some social levels people serving land and people. With such a belief, Vietnamese spirit will be brightened.

In a week welcoming Buddhism Festival 2556, many activities are performed such as a praising festival at Tu Dam pagoda, arts program welcoming Buddhism; flower ship on Perfume river and other festivals.

The festival closes by Flower garlands and coloured lanterns at Nghinh Luong Dinh in a bank of Perfume river, which praises people and world in a peaceful life.
