The Singapore Tourism Board will hold a Christmas festival in Ho Chi Minh City early next month.
The “Christmas in the Tropics” festival will be held at Chi Lang Park in District 1 from November 30 – December 5.
The show is inspired by Singapore's annual “Fairytale Christmas,” a city-wide light display, which began Saturday.
In Singapore, a “Fairytale Christmas” amazes millions of visitors every year with a charming new theme which is said to transform the island in to a magical land with immense brilliant light displays.
Several entertainment events will also be held to attract visitors, including nightly themed performances along Orchard Road, a colorful parade of floats and “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,” one of the largest musicals ever to be performed at the Esplanade Theater.
“The Jewel Christmas Musical Light Show” and the “Snow show” at Mount Faber's Jewel Box are events for lovers of artistic performance.
Moreover, the “Classical Greece Collection at the Louvre” will showcase priceless pieces from the famed Louvre Museum in Paris, displayed for the first time outside the museum at the National Museum of Singapore.
