Over 40 works win gold medals at 27th National Television Festival

Gold medals were presented to 42 works at the 27th National Television Festival which was held in the northern port city of Hai Phong from January 8-13.

The festival drew the participation of more than 700 reporters from over 90 television stations across the country.

The organising board also awarded 103 silver medals and 185 certificates of merit to works in various genres at the event.

Attracting the participation of over 700 works, the 27th National Television Festival reflects the development of television sector during the renovation process. All the works presented at the festival focused on the Party and State’s policies, covering hot issues of public concern and vividly portraying people’s daily lives.

Next year, the 28th  National Television Festival will be held in the central coastal province of Khanh Hoa.
